Our services

Watch Repairs and Servicing:

Our watchmaker is certified to service the following Swiss watch brands: Rolex, Cartier, Omega, Breitling and Girard Perregaux and is a member of the British Horological Society.

  • Valuations and Insurance

    Keeping up-to-date valuations of your jewellery and watches is very important, as values fluctuate over time. With every Beau Gems purchase, we provide the necessary valuation documents for your insurance company. 

    We also provide an insurance valuation service for items not bought from ourselves.  

    Watch valuations cost £75.00 per item.

    Jewellery valuations cost from £95.00

    The valuations are carried out at our shop, and your jewellery or watch will be fully insured at all times.  Single items for valuation can be completed within 24 hours.

    Valuations for Probate cost 2% + VAT of total value of the items.

  • Jewellery Repairs

    We are pleased to offer a range of jewellery repairs. These services include re-stringing pearl necklaces and bracelets, ring re-sizing, engraving, Diamond re-cutting and grading by GIA or HRD.

  • Gift Packaging

    Complimentary gift wrap is available with every purchase to make that gift even more special.

  • Bespoke Commission

    We can help you to create an exquisite item of jewellery filled with personal touches using CAD design or hand-made in our workshop.
